Multi-Rater Feedback Names Appearing Strangely?

Hello,

Can someone please look at the Multi-Rater Feedback column here and let me know what is happening?

We have a manager who solicited multi-rater feedback.  When she goes to look at this list, the multi-rater names show up as numbers and words, instead of the name.

Is this fix-able?
