Can you send a Mass e-mail to ALL Candidates in your system?

Our Talent Acquisition Manager wants to send an e-mail about new job opportunities to everyone who has ever applied to a position in our company. Under the "Candidates" tab we can only see 20 names at a time and the check box at the top to "select all" only selects these 20 people. There are almost 450,000 candidates in our system so sending the e-mail to 20 people at a time is not really an option...is there a way to select every candidate in the system to be the recipient of an e-mail?
