Employee Merge in UNIX encounters Unknown Version Error

Error Encounterd:

Unknown version : http://www.taleo.com/ws/so800/2009/01

We have used

Taleo Connect Client Application Data Model (12.A.017) for Unix Based SystemsV33175-01

for the Unix install for TCC 7.5 to 12A upgrade.

We cannot get the newly created Employee merge to work in the UNIX environment.  The current Organization Create, Move, Update integrations (migrated from 7.5.13) work without issue. And Note: We do not have issues with the desktop version.

Has anyone encountered this error?

I have validated that the Smartorg_Taleo10_SP2 & SP3 feature packs are installed in Unix.

I also have the SO801 data dictionary but do not have the SO800 data dictionary.
