Learn Center Articulate Reporting Challenges

For over a year now, we have had a challenge getting our Articulate courses to report correctly to the user transcripts on our Learn Center. After working extensively with Support, we are still experiencing problems. Sadly, Support continues to indicate the issue is on our end, even though we are following their Articulate publishing recommendations/steps and our Learn Center was configured by one of their Implementation Managers. Just wondering if other organizations using Articulate are experiencing challenges with courses reporting correctly to user transcripts?
