Referral Date for reporting

Is there a date field associated with referral data being entered. A requisition is created, and an internal employee enters referral information for a candidate they want to refer either before after or during an application. This could be separate from an application date associated with the candidate applying. I need to know if Taleo stores this date somewhere and how I can find it. it is not "Candidate Referrer Creation Date". If anyone has an idea where this date is, I would appreciate it!
