Capturing 2nd address

Hi

We are about to start a new College Recruitment campaign and require the ability to capture 2 addresses.  In other words, we want to capture the candidates home address (where they will live whilst employed) as well as their term address (where they will live whilst studying and receive the documents).  The need for this is so that we can have a fast turn around time with contracts of employment etc.  Has anyone implemented this idea before in their company that can provide advice on potential actions/methods for completing this?
