Events Intergration

Hello,

I am trying to get more use out of Taleo TBE's features. I understand that the Events feature is great for scheduling interviews with candidates. Is there a way to set up the event only one time and have it automatically: 1) create the event in Taleo within the Requisition and the Candidate's application, 2) send an email to the candidate and the interviewers, 3) create a calendar invite in Outlook? I've already added the Taleo Toolbar Installer to Outlook. I'd also love to hear how others use the Events feature for recruiting.
