Is it Possible to add custom values to the standard selection lists in Recruitement

Hi,

As a requirement, i need to add Custom Values into the Standard selection lists. Say, we are having the standard selection lists such as Employee Statuses, Job Levels etc In this Selection list i need to add Custom values.

But my problem is i don't find any option to add the Custom values to the standard selection list.

I would be appreciate, Anyone who could help me on this.
