Hello

Is there any way to create skill-related messages or notices which notify users about completion, content change, due soon, etc.

we have WYSIWYG courses which recur every year, so we map courses to recurring skill.

Also, we use D.O. like "Current User's to be Completed (Training)" to display information to users.

When the skill recurs, courses need to be completed will display on LearnCenter page.

The same course that completed on different date will be recorded and can be displayed via report.

My question is, how to notify users when they are assigned the skill training and when they complete it.
