Assign Access Control for Hiring Manager role

Is it possible to restrict access to a few specific statuses when selecting the “Allow bulk Req. Specific Candidate Status Change Controls” for the Hiring Manager role?  We want the Hiring Manager role to be able to add a status, such as “Pursue Candidate”, “Do not Pursue Candidate”, however we do not want the Hiring Manager to have access to other selections, such as “Hire”, “Rejected”, etc.
