Creating a notification to HR manager

In our compay we are using Taleo BE and we want to use de employee webpage to alter their personal information. Aftr thar we want to have a notification to HR when something is changed. I know you can notify the manager if there changes anything on the EWS. Is it possible to make a notifiation to HR on certain fields on the EWS.
