unable to pull report with "resume" parameter selected

I'm still experiencing this same Excel report error, unless I remove the "resume" field/column. We'd like to be able to pull a report that includes resume text that is searchable.

"I asked Dave about this and he reiterated that the reason our system throws an error when the Resume field is included when downloading reports is that it’s trying to pull in documents (PDF, Word, etc.) into a single Excel cell, which it can’t do, so it shows the error. He said it’s unlikely we can make an enhancement so that resume documents can be pulled into an Excel file when downloading data. However, I would encourage you to enter a discussion on Knowledge Exchange for a future enhancement of this sort. I know they are using KX for enhancement
