Exit course button

I would like to turn off the Navigation Bar that includes the Exit button that shows up in the course window (it also shows the course title).

This will give my course more room in the window to show up on mobile devices. I would like my Exit button

within my course to function as the button generated by the LMS does... Does anyone know how to achieve this?

I do not want to put my course in a separate pop up window... We had problems with the scores recording correctly and issues with pop up blockers.

My attached file is a SG of my course.. the area Circled is the title bar/ exit button area I want to turn off...
