Request for More Information (RMI) - how to access a second time?

We wish to use an RMI as 2nd pass to collect detailed information on candidates meeting minimum requirements based on Req prescreening questions. We are successfully able to auto-progress candidates and automatically send RMI correspondence. The RMI will present the first page that contains required information that is not completed.
Our problem lies in that questions found only on the RMI (2nd pass) are never again accessible to the candidate once the candidate completes the RMI. Our desire is to have RMI questions be presented when the candidate receives and accesses the link, and thereafter, those additional questions become visible to the candidate as part of their complete application.
