Job Description Management Software

We are a large healthcare organization exploring the software universe for a job description manager solution.  I wanted to reach out to the community and see if anyone is currently utilizing a software that interfaces well with Taleo (Recruiting and Performance). The software we are seeking would include housing job descriptions, the ability to keep history (versioning), udf flexibility, competency database, as well as exporting to an excel or .csv format.  Any information shared would be greatly appreciated!
