Does anyone know of an easier way to report on a learning plan that has multiple items?

I have over 900 associates that I need to report on and run the learning plan report but I have to go associate by associate to see if they are complete with the plan.  That report has over 12000 lines and it takes a while for me to see who is completed.  It is a very manual process.
