Extracting data via Insight

Hello,

I'm looking to just extract data from TBE, like a list of rejection reasons, not necessarily tied to candidates, or a list of wokflows, not necessarily based on a specific requisition number.

I'm having a hard time just extracting data with Insight reports.  Is it even possible?  If not, how am I supposed to go about getting data from my zone?  This really isn't that user friendly I'm finding.

Any and all constructive help and feedback is appreciated.
