Localization Question: Online Applications in several Languages?

I'm trying to figure out if the online application pages in TBE Recruit can be localized into any languages other than English.

Do any of you know if this is possible?  I need to do online applications in Korea and China.

I realize the resume and cover letter can be submitted in any language. But I'd like all of the other field names/prompters (such as First Name, Last Name, email address) to be displayed in English/Korean. Or English/Mandarin. This is for candidates who may not read/write english when they are filling in the application form.
