Learning history not showing completed courses

Hi,

We have uploaded a couple of SCORM courses and assigned them to a learning plan. We had a test user complete all of the courses (be it 5 minute videos) in the learning plan and then had them check their Learning History. The courses which had been completed from the user's point of view were not being shown in the Learning History. When we checked with the Learning Plan Dynamic object, those courses had a mapped item status of "Incomplete". Is that a problem with the SCORM course itself or a problem with the Learn Center's system?
