Issue: In our process, our hiring managers enter a comment when they change the req-based status for a candidate and then this comment can't be presented in the list so that they can remember why they moved the candidate where they did later. These comments can only be seen in the history log.

For example, in our configured workflow when I move someone to a ‘no’ status I put in a comment as to why or when I move someone to a ‘maybe’ status I put a comment to remind myself later why

The issue we are having is the hiring manger
