ieSpell with the new requisition WYSYWIG editor

If you're using Internet Explorer to add a new requisition, the WYSIWYG editor has an ABC spell-check link. When you click it, it asks if you want to download ieSpell. Am I correct to assume that each Taleo client would need to buy its own license for ieSpell, that we're not covered under a Taleo license? Thanks.
