About instructor qualification

Hi there,

Currently, we can select instructors from users; however, who are qualified to be instructors are totally determined by administrator.

Can we set up some required skill or competency for instructors?

So administrator can only select those who acquire certain skill or competency.

Or does anyone have workaround for this?

Any idea is highly appreciated.
