How to assign one item to about 100 learners

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Taleo Learn but not to learning management. The company I joined about 7 weeks ago is using Taleo Learn but only at a basic level, in that all employees have access to Taleo Learn and can launch items from the catalog on an optional basis. I have a module that my manager wants me to assign to about 100 learners. What is the best way to do this? How can I tweak the system so that when our learners log on to the system, they will see that the module has been assigned to them? Do
