"Share" Feature - managers seem to be blind copied to each other

When a recruiter uses the “share” feature (sending candidate info to a manager) and multiple managers are on the recipient list, is there a way that all those managers can view the others on the cc list of the email they receive?  Our system seems to be configured so that all recipients are blind copied on the email which is causing confusion among our managers because they cannot see who of their peers has received it.  Does anyone know if there is a way to set the emails so all on the receiving managers can see each other listed in
