I've been working with Taleo now for about 6 months and it never ceases to amaze me

I totally love the flexibility.

I meet with the users.. they tell me what they'd like.. I tell them not to get their hopes up.. I go away and using the help file the KE and just plain out trial and error we've managed to do a lot. 

I find it so cool that the administrator of the system has so much power - Love It!!!!
