supervisor notification-change with optional prefix text

Hello All, have you noticed the recent change in the notifications where supervisors are copied? see attached picture

If so, have you experience any issues where when you update that text, the status of the notification trigger changes, for example it changes to post, when it was PRIOR, before you made the change in the prefix area?
