Associate an organisation to Job filed

I am new to using Taleo. I would like to associate job field to an organisation.

1. When the user creates a requisition, they select a requisition template "e.g. Dental Assistant".

2. user selects the recuiting unit eg. "Zoology"

3.When clicks next, you can see the Job Family is updated correctly.

Looks like the job family is linked to recuiting unit some how. How can I do this?

Any help will be appreciated.
