Requisition UDF Refresh

Hi there

We are working with a new requisition udf which we use as a dropdown. The values reflect for example AAA, BBB, CCC and are selected once a requisition is created.

On the other hand we display this field in reporting such as. Req 1 - AAA, Req 2, BBB, Req 3 - AAA, etc.

The values which a recruiter can choose in the Dropdown need sometimes to be changed in the Smart org. This means, that AAA becomes ZZZ.

This change then is also seen on the requisition since the old "AAA" is not applicable in the drobdown anymore and is overwritten by ZZZ.
