Pipeline Requisitions

We are thinking of using Pipeline Requisitions and were wondering how other companies were using them. We do have a centralized recruiting department that would set up the Pipeline Req. However each of our stand alone locations then do their own recruiting and hiring. So they would be responsible for moving candidates from the Pipeline Req to their individual hiring req. Does anyone else have a similar set up and are you willing to share how you think it works and if your hiring managers like that set up?
