Status regarding Messages not being sent out

It has come to our attention that messages are not being sent out for the following items:

Learning Plans Overdue

Learning Plans Due Soon

Learning Plans Content Change

Enrollment Minimum Seats Not Met

...and a few others that we are still tracking down. 

We are currently in the process of investigating the root cause for this and will be providing a timeline for the fixing this ASAP. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and will keep you all posted with any information I receive regarding the fix for this.
