Deleting Candidates from Taleo database

We have a person that would no longer like to receive emails from us with relevant job postiings. I'm aware that their is a setting that this person can turn off on their account but I am curious if there is a way that we can remove them ourselves. Or at least set it so they will no longer receive emails from us.
