Access to Synchronization Tool

As a former Taleo employee, we had access to the Synchronization Tool which facilitated moving configurations from one zone to another.  An example is that when you've done all of your development work in STAGING and are preparing to move to PROD, you can use this tool to move configs.  Now that Taleo has moved to a Partner model for implementations, it would be very beneficial to have access to this tool for those of us who don't work for Taleo.
