Employee Website Logins

Our format for ee website logins is first initial last name but when I do my upload, it automatically transfers the employee code as the ee website login.  Is there a way to upload the correct website logins??  I don't see it as a field when I do my uploads but I have 200 new employees and manually changing the login name will be very tedious..
