Employment Screening - Forgot to select in the Requisition

Hello,

One of our recruiters is trying to request a background check for a candidate and is not seeing the “Request a Screening Service” option from the More Actions drop down list.  The candidate is in the “offer” step currently but an offer has not been extended yet.

I believe that she is unable to see the screening option because she forgot to check off the “Employment Screening” option when the Requisition was move from Draft to Approved. 

We tried to go back to the REQ to re-activate that Employment Screening option, but the system does not allow us to do so.
