Recruiting Version 13A.3.1

Error attempting to upload resume when using Google Chrome.  User encounters error when attempting to Add an attachment (word.docx).  System stops with the following error messages. " The file you have attached cannot be processed.", " The file cannot be uploaded.'  This issue may not be Google Chrome related as I have successfully uploaded the resume using both IE 8 and Google Chrome 34.  I feel like there should be a simple answer, but have looked at the Operation System (Windows 7) and the browser (IE * & 9 and Google Chrome 32, 33, 34).   What am I missing?  Upload settings?  Add ons?
