Anyone having issues with system notifications not being received with a Comcast.net Email address?

Is anyone having issues with system notifications not being received with a candidate that has Comcast.net email address?  We have tested this several times with Comcast.net email addresses and the candidate does not receive the system notification.  The history tab shows the notification triggers and the URL to apply is fine but it's not received by the candidate.  Wonder if this is just Comcast.net issue?
