Possible to push users to the next course

Is it possible to push users directly to another course or learning plan? So, we're using storyline for our dev and I had a request to push users to the next course in a series of courses. I am just not sure how this would work since I don't think it can be a static link (because it wiould be based off of their log in). Thanks in advance!
