Currently, our leaders complete the requisition through TBE, assign approvers and lastly our Talent Acquisition Coordinator posts the position. However, we are running into a few issues with incorrect approvers (selected by the manager) or inaccurate posting data. Due to these issues, our Talent Acquisition Coordinator should really be the final approver. However, we have a couple issues with adding them as a default approver. One, strategically we don't want our leaders seeing HR as an approver (even though in reality, we really are) and two, I'm afrid if we did add the Talent Acquisition Coordinator as a final approver
