Does anybody know how to add a column to the sortable columns on the Requisitions page?

Hello,

There are a group of columns on the Requisitons page in Taleo that are sortable. They include: a flag, Title, Requistion ID, Recruiter, Status, Status Detail, etc...

Does anybody know how to add a column to this section?
