Pulling Rating "Description" into Insight Reports

We are testing reviews where the rating is a description only. It appears you still have to give a numeric value in the rating scale, but we could possibly ignore that if we could pull the description into an insight report. However, I am having a hard time finding this field to pull into a report. Has anyone successfully done this, and if so, what report/table did you pull from?  Thanks!
