Candidate Main Status

I am having an issue with my main status updating.  When I use the option to schedule interview the req-specific candidate status is updated to Interviewing, but the main status does not get updated to Under Consideration.  (see the two screenshots attached)

The first screenshot shows where my candidate now has a req-specific status of interviewing, but their main status is still "New" (they had a status of Application Received prior to interviewing).

The second screenshot shows my Workflow. 

Does anyone see what is wrong?
