Time to Hire Report

I would like to add some additional fields to the Time to Hire report, however you can't clone standard reports. I tried to create the report, but I couldn't find an option to allow me to exclude time on hold as a parameter.  Has anyone been able to create a time to fill report to exclude hold time?
