SCORM Class Updates

I'm looking for some assistance with making updates to individual modules in a SCORM Class.  For some reason I thought I saw something that led me to think that whenever an update is made to a course within a particular class, that the entire class status would be reset to "Incomplete" for all users who had previously completed this class.

Does this sound right, or was it a bug that was fixed?

Also, what happens when an additional course is added to an existing class (is this possible without having to make a "new class" to accommodate the added courses)?
