Application Current CSW Step & Status not pulling correctly on candidate

I created a report that captures accepted offers with start dates in the past.  This is used to remind the Recruiters to update data as needed.  The report runs twice a week and has had no issues until yesterday.  I have a candidate on the report showing as Offer - Accepted, but he was moved to Hire - Hired the day before.  I just refreshed the data again now and he is still showing as Offer - Accepted.

Has anyone else run into this?  I went through everyone on the report yesterday and initially thought I had found another person with a similar issue, but it turned out the report was run right at the same time she was being updated, and when I refreshed the data she dropped off.
