PDF for employee to see

Hi,

I am wondering if here is any way to create a field on the EWS that would allow me on the Admin level to upload a PDF to each individual employees' profile for them to view on the EWS. I have created a pivot table that allows employees to see how their performance review scores compare to the company average and would like to be able to post this to their EWS.
