Is anyone using Taleo to manage their Employee Referral Program? How?

I'm looking for input from those companies that are using Taleo to manage their Employee Referral Programs. I would like to know what functionality you are using (pipeline reqs, folders...). If you would provide a high level overview of your program and discribe how the process is going with Taleo. We have a CMS tools in addition to Taleo. We are in process of redesigning our Employee Referral Program and are looking at using Taleo to manage the referrals rather that using the CMS (mostly because the tool we have has limits on integrating with our front end tool to
