Wondering how other clients are configuring Taleo Recruiting to meet compliance requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.  The FCRA disclosure requires that the “disclosure stands alone” and that the applicant is fully informed before providing consent.

We currently have it displayed in our privacy agreement, and this is not overt enough as advised by our legal counsel.  We also have the disclosure configured as a DQ question, but this is technically after the applicant has consented to our privacy agreement.  We're looking for other inventive ways of configuring this to meet the requirements that the “disclosure stands alone” and that the applicant is fully informed before providing consent.
