Viewing e-Signature on Applicatation

We recently added the e-signature feature to the online application form.  It is there, it functions but we would like to see the signature in conjunction with the attestation that they sign affirming their information is correct and true etc.  I have looked in list views and page layouts--how can we view the attestation and e-signature?
