Taleo ESignature - Sending Offer Letter as cc:

We have just started using the ESignature for Offer Letters and are working out our personal glitches.  Normally we cc: the manager when an offer letter is sent, but when I cc: the manager they only get a copy of the email the candidate received and cannot personally view the offer letter.  Is there a better way for the hiring manager to see the offer letter, without physically logging into Taleo and looking at the candidate profile?
