Viewing Disqualified Candidates

Hey all! We have a lot of field "hiring managers" who would accidentally hire disqualified candidates. As a result, we simply removed the disqualified candidates from their view. Now, we are receiving the error that though they cannot view the disqualified candidates in their req, the candidates still display in the "unviewed" candidates counts. Is there a way to tell the system that a disqualified candidate is also a view candidate by default?
